Wedding Registration

This registration form is primarily for out-of-town parties coming to the Desert. Local groups are also welcome to use this form. It's not required that you choose all your styles before giving us the form. We will assist you in completing the information requested. Most times, just knowing the date and names of your party members is helpful. Often the bride and groom may not plan a visit until such time that is close to the wedding date. This may not allow enough time to gather sizes from out-of-town members. This helps us as we can accumulate all the information and get it in the computer. Once styles are selected, we're ready to go with your orders. It's not uncommon to get a sizing card from someone prior to registering the wedding. We hold on to these cards waiting for the party to give us their particulars. Remember, we won't complete the form until you make your final selection. So again, don't worry about incomplete information.
